Amirtham’s journey in social service began at a young age, shaped by a deep sense of compassion and an unwavering commitment to serving society. Inspired by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda and guided by her mentor and godfather, Mr. Muthuramalingam, she chose a path of service over self at just 21 years old, dedicating her life to the upliftment of marginalized and underserved communities.
Her early work brought her face to face with the harsh realities of poverty, illness, and limited access to healthcare—especially among women and children. Listening to the heart-wrenching stories of those suffering from chronic health issues became a turning point in her life. These experiences inspired her to explore alternative and holistic approaches to healing that could address not only physical ailments but also emotional and psychological well-being.
With a strong belief in integrative healthcare, Amirtham pursued advanced education and training in alternative medicine. She holds a Master’s degree in Alternative Medicine and is extensively trained in Acupuncture, Siddha Varma, Naturopathy, Medical Astrology, and Psychiatric Homeopathy. She further strengthened her expertise by earning a Ph.D. in Women’s Health, enabling her to combine traditional healing wisdom with modern therapeutic practices. Her innovative, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to treatment has brought relief and renewed hope to countless individuals.
